Annual Meeting Our Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 12:30 PM in the Sanctuary. Prior to the Annual Meet-ing a potluck lunch will be held in the Fellowship Hall at 11:30AM following the 10AM Worship Service. Each family is asked to bring a hot and cold dish to pass and their own table service. At the meeting, reports from all of the various committees will be read, the members will be voting on the Board Members that were nominated by the Nominating Committee, and the 2012 Budget as prepared by the Trustees will be voted on. Please plan on attending this very important meeting. |
